 PROCEDURES FOR RESERVING AND RENTING THE HOA CABANA AND SWIMMING POOL

The Madison Place of Pompano Beach Cabana and Swimming Pool is available for rentals all year long. It's a great space for a party, shower, or other gathering.

Effective April 16, 2018, the fee for renting the Cabana and Swimming Pool is $100 per day. We also require a security deposit of $250 per day, which is shredded after the rental if there are no violations or damages. If consecutive days are rented, all personal property must be removed overnight.

*** Please note, however, that the pool rental is not an exclusive-use rental. All homeowners may still use the pool facility during the rental. The rental of the pool simply allows your guests to use it as well. ***

If you would like to schedule a rental of the Cabana and Swimming Pool, please use the following procedures: 

1. Please first inquire about the availability of the Cabana and Swimming  Pool by using the contact form on the Contac Us page. 

2. Once your selected date's availability is confirmed via email, you must fill out the Cabana and Swimming Pool Reservation Form.

3. The Cabana and Swimming Pool Reservation Form and $100/day rental fee must be submitted to the Pool Manager at least 7 days prior to the event date.

4. On the day of your rental, the Pool Manager will meet you any time after the pool opens to let you in the Pool Area for the pre-party inspection. This is to confirm the conditions of the pool area, pool, and facilities before the party. The $250 security deposit will be collected by the Pool Manager at this time.

5. Once the event is completed, if no damages were incurred, we will shred your deposit check.

6. Rental  of  the  pool  for a  party  does  grant  you  exclusive  use  of  the  pool  area  -  other  homeowners  may  still  use  the  facilities  during  your  scheduled  time.  

Please Note: If you lease or rent a home, you must have the homeowner request the rental as well as fill out and sign all necessary paperwork. Payment can come from either party. 

The use of the Cabana and Swimming Pool is limited to personal events only. Under no circumstances does the HOA permit any sales of any type to be conducted at the Cabana (This includes garage sales, trunk sales, jewelry sales, clothing sales, etc.).
