speaking at a meeting
Any Member may speak at a meeting , however they must sign up to do so in-advance of any meeting. If a Member's name is not on the agenda to speak, they must wait until the next meeting. Members may be limited in the time they can speak to ensure business can be conducted.
Tenants may not attend meetings.
Non-Members (Non-Owners) may not attend meetings.
